Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the luibara2 Network Minecraft Bedrock server, website (luibara2.network), Discord server, and any other services we provide (collectively, “the Service”). By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), you must have parental permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

All players are expected to follow our rules at all times. These include but are not limited to:

• No cheating or hacking — use of hacked clients, mods that provide unfair advantages, or exploiting bugs is prohibited
• No harassment or hate speech — respectful behavior toward all players is required; any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech will not be tolerated
• No spam — do not flood chat, commands, or any other communication channel
• Follow staff instructions — cooperate with moderators and admins at all times
• No griefing in protected areas — do not destroy or steal from other players' builds in designated protected zones
• No exploiting — report bugs instead of abusing them; deliberate exploitation may result in a permanent ban
• No advertising — do not promote other servers, products, or services without permission

Full server rules may be posted in our Discord or in-game. We reserve the right to update rules at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated rules.

Your Minecraft account is your responsibility. You are accountable for all actions taken from your account, including actions taken by others who may have access to it. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

We do not share or sell your account information. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it is handled.

Any purchases made through our shop (when available) or donations are voluntary. In-game perks or benefits provided in exchange for purchases are digital goods and are subject to our refund policy below.

• Donations — voluntary contributions with no guaranteed return. We appreciate all support, but donations are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Shop purchases — where a shop is available, digital goods (ranks, cosmetics, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law (e.g., EU consumer rights under certain conditions).
• No physical goods — all purchases are for digital in-game benefits and are delivered on our servers only.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend, mute, or permanently ban any player who violates our rules, Terms of Service, or who disrupts the experience for others.

• Bans may be issued with or without prior warning at staff discretion
• Permanent bans for severe violations (cheating, hate speech, severe griefing) may be issued immediately
• Appeals may be submitted via our Discord — submit evidence and we will review
• Bans do not entitle you to a refund of any purchases unless required by law

Content you create in-game (builds, chat messages, etc.) remains yours. However, by participating on the server, you grant luibara2 Network a non-exclusive right to display, record, or showcase such content for promotional purposes (e.g., trailers, screenshots, highlight videos).

You must not create or share content that is illegal, infringing on others' rights, or violates our server rules.

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily make the server unavailable. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, luibara2 Network and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, gameplay progress, or in-game items.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Czech law.
